Product Offerings - OMS

Our WMS platform is modular in its concept design, supporting various models of wealth management products, both Islamic and conventional.

Unit Trust Nominee System

  • Supports back office operations of unit trust distributors with multiple funds managed by multiple fund managers.
  • Both nominee and non-nominee forms of distribution are supported.
  • Operations supported include: flexible product library configuration, flexible business rules for front-end sales, sales commission calculations, payment and settlement processing, daily mark-to-market calculations, order consolidation and corporate actions.
  • The system also allows configurations to include campaigns; and incorporates specific hibah in the calculation within the Islamic funds to be Shariah-compliant.


Financial Planning System

  • The FPS is a comprehensive tool which facilitates financial advisory services and sales of investments as well as takaful products to retail customers.
  • Used as an advisory tool to allow Financial Planner to cross sell product and customise investment solutions to their customers.
  • Enable Financial Planners to assist their customers to plan for their retirement, child's education, forward planning purchase requirement, mortgage management, health and protection planning, succession planning, bonds investments and many more.


Retail Portal 

  • Allows banks' customers to carry out self-service wealth management through the Internet, including financial planning calculations, tracking of financial goals, portfolio holdings enquiries and fund switching. 


Banc-Assurance (Banca-Takaful)

  • The Banc-Assurance system enables the banks' sales force to provide financial advisory services, respond to insurance and protection product enquiries, generate quotations and submit electronic proposals using secure electronic signatures.
  • All these activities are carried out through the WMS platform resulting in a considerable time saving. 


Will Writing (Wasiat)

  • The Will Writing system allows the banks' sales force, through the WMS platform, to provide will writing sales services, respond to estate planning product enquiries, generate service request forms and make electronic submissions using secure electronic media.
  • The system is back-to-back connection enabled to the official will-writing institution. 

Portfolio Management 

  • The portfolio management system allows investment advisers to generate optimised model portfolios and to assess customers' risk exposure through the examination of asset classes, sub-asset classes, currency and geographical region levels.
  • The system compares the performance of bank customers' portfolios against a model portfolio and recommends measures to rebalance portfolios.

Trustee System

  • The trustee system is a modular investment management system tailored for trustees, registrars, transfer agents, custodians and fund administrators.
  • Enables STP of investment product delivery further enhanced by integration with the I-UTNS and provides order processing, record keeping, integrated portfolio, general ledger, accounting systems and settlement.

Order Management System

  • The OMS is a sub-component of the UTNS which enables front-end order entries and transaction tracking of multiple financial products such as deposits, unit trusts, bonds, insurance and structured products on a single platform.
  • It also provides an online portfolio portal, which offers a single portfolio view of customers' product holdings and calculates sales commissions across multiple products.

Sales Channel Management System

  • The SCM is a sub-component of the UTNS which enables banks and fund management companies to manage their sales channel and employees.
  • It calculates multiple product plans and multi-layer commission systems, with multi-branch and task manager.
